After my first successful PT session, a 2 hour ride home and walking on my foot for the first time. Today, I had my first significant swelling on my ankle and boy is it sore and swollen. I may have pushed it to hard yesterday and now I am just listening to my body and slowing down. I haven’t really been elevating it like I should, but now I realize that this is going to have to be a nightly thing with lots of icing! I guess I got away with it in the past because I haven’t put any weight on it untill now. I also have felt just tightness in the lower part of my calf. Anyone else had that tightness down there? Thanks-Matt
