Here we go PT again Tomorrow Oct 7th
So far still very good. Today I rode the stationary bike for 15 minutes, put two ankle weights on the boot and worked my quad muscles out. In that work out I tried to focus on my knee. Then I worked out my hamstrings wow that was painful but felt good. We have 20 stairs that lead to my bedroom and I went up and down them 5 times. I did it on my knees and only used the hand rail for balence. Later tonight I will try to walk on the leg a little.
During my last PT session I put full weight on my recovering leg and no pain. I think tomorrows PT will be a lesson on not using the crutches. My PT said that she would call Dr Roeder and let him know I am doing good in PT and it might be time to lose the crutches. I will post tomorrow and let you know how it goes.

This is great you are on a bike 3 weeks post op. I am nearing the same timeline (Friday is 3 weeks since op) and have been doing some weights and sit ups/press ups. I dont know about using a bike yet but assume you are in a aircast boot? I am and am happily walking around with no crutches.
Well, when ever I work out I keep the boot on so I do not have a loss of balance and have an accident. I was cleared to go with out the crutches today and I post more in my next post today. Thanks for the comment and you are doing great too!! Keep up the hard work and we will be jamming again soon.
