Seen the specialist today.
Waited 1 hour for a 3 minute appt.
Keep back slab on for another week so that the swelling goes down further…. uggh
To have cast on next week.
I haven’t had any pain releif since 5 days after operation, i just get a ache if i have done to much - like today spent 4 hours at work and i have hand enough for today.
Hi, I noticed you’re in Australia as well. May I ask if you went in under public or private? I went in as public for surgery as my private insurance was suspended - I was supposed to be flying out. I was told if I stay public the PostOp clinic waits are much longer?

Luckly i am in the rural area. I went in a a public patient and had my op 5 days after my injury, i did have to go to the next town which is a 45 min drive. i seen the surgeon 1 week after.
Didnt have that much of await thou now he has gone on holidays for 4 weeks.
