I’m 4 weeks post op from a full rupture of my right achilles as a result of a fall skiing. Just went partial weight bearing in a Vacoped boot and am experiencing the shooting pains in my heal and some ankle ache which I understand to be all pretty normal based on what I’ve read [...]
