I am getting my boot fitted this afternoon - after only 12 days since the operation for a full rupture. REading other people’s posts this seems too soon. Does my doctor know what he’s doing? Most other people have been 3-4 weeks post op before the boot is fitted.

Question: Are there any week 1 postoperative exercizes?

Does anyone know about exercises you can do in the early weeks after surgery? My body really needs to burn off some energy! I’ve tried press ups but it really do much. Any tips?
