  2. i miss jiu jitsu is there any one that trains /had atr and resumed training?

    I don’t think I’ll be going back to jiu jitsu anytime soon. I initially had my ATR when I was kicking a thai bag. But, during that same morning, I did a lot of sprawls because we were working take downs, and take down defense. I think the sprawling may have contributed to my ATR later that day.

    I recently just started shrimping drills at my gym, and even that’s kind of difficult for me with my bad leg. I guess time will tell.
