I talked to the doctor about the surgery and about the future of recovery. He said the surgery went well and would have roughly 6 weeks of immobility.
I asked about what can be done in the tendon of the other leg to see if it is good or not. In his opinion nothing can be done. “It breaks if it has to break”. I’ll have to investigate the statement …
But he explained to me what will happen in the future.
Summing up:
3 weeks with the foot immobilized to a degree greater than 90 °
3 weeks with foot immobilized at 90 °
