  1. This is my first time on here. Im looking for fast recovery for a partial tear to my AT. Im military and am hoping to deploy in August but not sure if i will be able to. I opted to not have surgery because i thought it would take longer to heal. Did make the wrong choice or would it be faster to heal without surgery
