   This is always not good to hear. There is not much information on your blog but if you feel up to it I am sure it would be helpful to others to document how this has happened and if there were any warning signs. I am not sure if you a surgery or non-op or if you were in a boot or a cast. Take it easy for now and concentrate on getting things fixed. All the best.

   That is terrible news. Had you already had an operation? Was there anything in particular you did to cause it you can warn others of?

   Thanks for the reply all, looks like hardest moment.

   Mine was surgery, and it was healing well, and removed my stitches and used cast below knee, also last week i worked full 5 days by walking with crutches , looks like that gave me more movement :(, i was at home and i taking off my cast at home for giving some exercise, while going to bathroom without cast my crutch was slipped and stepped my right foot on the floor by reflex and that is all, i can see hole on the scare . Mine was around 120degree and i could move from 120-100 around and couldn’t have step on it … going tomorrow hospital and see what doctor will say, if say surgery need looks like it would take more 2 months and need to forget about my work …
