I am a health and  fitness enthusiasts who has been sidelined on several occasions.  I have recently developed a love for running in my Late 30’s.  After completing several half marathons last year, I developed several stress fractures in my feet and toes.  The 4months that I was off was terrible.  Well I backed off from over training.  Well this injury was sustained at my company picnic.  I was serving match point against my husband’s team.  I stepped and felt the “pop” in my right ankle.  Down I went….and that begins my journey.
