My name is Teresa
I live close to the beach, in NC. I am about 10 minutes fromt he beach, I hurt my achilles tendon at our farm about 10 minutes south of MR. Airy, NC. I was walking and tripped over some poison Ivy vines. I went to the er and they told me I had sprained my ankle. I didn’t think so, but I guess they should know.
