Prior to injury: marathon runner, last RIchmon VIrginia Nov 2010. Since injury have not run once.

Pain appeared beginning 2012

Surgery Oct 2012 Haglund’s remove top of calcaneus in case it was bothering achilles, got infected in Dec.

Surgery Aug 28th: Calcaneus excision with secondary Achilles tendon repair.

Status: Still walking with pain in heel, one year later.
