Kim,
I got to 90 degrees about a week ago, which would be 5 weeks post op. My ROM didn't increase by much when I was first out of the cast until I started using light resistance bands. Once they started me on resistance bands at PT the improvement was immediate.

Norm,
What suggestions might you offer to level my myself out? Currently I've got an extra insole in my normal shoe but it's still a pretty significant difference.

TG, you've got to fix (=eliminate) "the height difference from my booted foot to other foot". Methods vary and many work, but DON'T get in the habit of walking lop-sided!

Congrats! I was reading your last post and wondering how long it took you to get to 90 degrees? I'm having a hard time getting past 15 at almost 4 weeks. (it's painful to try). Did the PT help with that? Thanks, and congrats again on walking!
