I’m 52, live in Portsmouth, married, one lovely daughter, enjoy walking, going to the gym, sailing, playing squash.  I have enjoyed several sports and recreational injuries over the years, including, broken shoulder, dislocated shoulder (that hurt), broken ribs, broken nose, being knocked unconscious into the sea, several cuts requiring stitches.  I’m really not learning am I? Maybe it’s time to put my feet up.
