Right here is the perfect website for anybody who really wants to find out about this topic. You understand so much its almost hard to argue with you (not that I really will need to…HaHa). You certainly put a brand new spin on a subject that has been discussed for decades. Wonderful stuff, just wonderful!

I’m glad you have enjoyed it. I just started PT yesterday so look for more discussions about the good, the bad and the ugly…

I went back to work 5 days after surgery. Learned to use the iwalk quickly as I’m on my feet all day and need my hands. I did cut my schedule back a little bit and have to take rest breaks between some appointments. What I am finding out is that I get really tired by day’s end. The ATR leg feels like it weighs a hundred pounds by the end of the day lugging the cast and iwalk around. I’m two weeks post surgery today and my orthopod says everything looks great.
Everything is very open with a precise clarification of the challenges.
It was definitely informative. Your site is extremely helpful.
Thanks for sharing!

I was out for 3 days and then over a weekend so basically 5 days to recover. But I also work/sit at a computer so I would be sitting at home so why not sit at work!
You’re more than welcome. Please link to my site so we can share visitors.
Do you mind if I quote a few of your articles as long as I provide credit and sources back

and my visitors would definitely benefit from a lot of the information you present here.
Please let me know if this alright with you. Cheers!
No. 3 weeks is probably about right, but it really depends upon what you do for a living. I was working in bed by the beginning of week 2 and was basically back full time in week 3. But due to my relapse, I have worked almost exclusively from home. I can’t even imagine how much time it would take to get back to work if I had to work on my feet.
The 15 weeks was related to a project I’m working on at work not my recovery time…
15 weeks- my stomach just flipped. What is everyone’s experience with time off of work post-surgery? I was thinking three weeks. Am I way off???
If it’s any consolation (in the UK/NHS) I’ve seen my PT twice in the 9 weeks since I ruptured, and she definitely isn’t there at weekends! Having said that I’m not complaining, she definitely seems to know her stuff, and of course I don’t have to pay for it.
I’m a software dev myself. 15 weeks out for training sounds great. We’re too small to be able to do anything like that so we try to stay on top of it ourselves. I feel your pain at not being able to be there. Keep up the recovery!
I just used the one “out-of-the-box” from Wordpress.com…
Amazing blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from somewhere?
A theme like yours with a few simple adjustements would really make my blog stand out.
Please let me know where you got your design. Cheers
I have written quite a bit more in my personal blog: BustedAchilles Please visit!
Superb post however , I was wondering if you could
write a litte more on this subject? I’d be very thankful
if you could elaborate a little bit further. Kudos!
