I’m an extremely active sports addict, playing b-ball, running, snowboarding, weight lifting and surf-kayaking.
Working as an Engineer in one of the biggest companies out there, my sports activities are nocturnal and completely polar to my daytime passive desk/lab-job.
This year I have decided to up my physical exercising compared to anything I have ever done in my life.
Being 36 I kept pushing and pushing - increasing my workout duration, running distances and paces.
I did not listen to my body, ignored the pain and over-trained without any planning of the training ramp-up.
Ended up like everyone else here - so, please do train wisely!
