    I would like to use the image you have on your blog of the cutting off of the cast as part of a presentation to nurses that I am providing at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons meeting on March 15, 2017
    The presentation will be provided for nurse attendees, and I am not receiving compensation for this presentation and I do not work for any corporation
