I just received the book Tendon and Ligament Healing by Weintraub. Chapter 6 is about self help strategies…Obviously I would like to get this to everyone but not sure on infingement laws…Dennis and Michael…your thoughts on this..

It’s probably not a good idea to post things from the book. I don’t feel as worried with papers, as authors want people to read them.
If we could get the book author’s permission, that would be great. He might even have an electronic version of that chapter that he might send to us.
