    Dr. Ross -

Thanks for those links. It looks like we can’t get the full pdf though..

Dr. Ross - I’ve seen a chiropractor for sciatica issues twice in the past 4 years…it’s been an awesome treatment. He uses those two electrical pads on my back for 15 minutes before making an adjustment…is that similar to what you think E-stim for the achilles would be? I’m wondering if he would be a good contact during PT?

Definitely would ask your chiropractor if he has experience with extremities…also ask him about nutrition…a company called Standard Process makes a product called Ligaplex that has specific nutrition for tendons and ligaments

Wow..looked at that ligaplex stuff..pretty interesting that animal organs help stimulate connective tissue growth. I’m a big food guy…and know that we are one of the only cultures that has gone away from eating organ meat, partly because we are the richest people in the world, but there are definitely some health benefits to it….neat to see it in a pill form.

Ross, thanks for the link, that’s a great find. I’ll put it up on the main site as well.
