First Physio Visit

Had my first visit to the Physio yesterday.  I’d been in a cast for 3 weeks and then 4 weeks at 30 degrees foot position in theVacoped boot.  The consulltant had described a process of 30/15/0 degrees so I was surprised when the Physio went straight to 0 degrees and has introduced a limited range of motion.  She asked [...]
