Day 26 since Op.

29/09/2010

Friday lunchtime will be a day milestone for me , it will be exactly 28 days after the op (4 weeks , I can’t believe it , seems like a long time since the morning i went in to the hospital but also feels as if its gone by fast now !?!?!?!)

Added to that it will be October , the same month I have my next visit to my surgeon and the same month I get this cast off !!!!! All mental I know but feels better than saying , my next appointment is NEXT month ……

Last friday , the third week anniversary ;>) i felt GREAT , 3 weeks down and so forth , but on the Sunday I got out of bed and felt depressed , it was a “whats the point getting washed and dressed” mood….dont know why it came on like that but it ruined my day ……….

Things like the build up to the Ryder cup are great , as the sports news station have a countdown each day to it.

it starts on Friday and evrytime i see an update its getting nearer to the 15 oct 2010 ;>)

Not even interested in golf either !!!!

All the pains and aches even the odd throbbing and stinging  have ALL  gone now and I really feel like there has been progress made .Iam dreaming  that when I go back on the 15th that he will say it has healed well and his original timescale for the casts , boot ect ect where too much and I will be ready to walk sooner than he thought ……

Please !

Take care all.
