Dogs and recovery
Hey-here’s another pic of my french bulldog, Paige. She was using my leg as her pillow. 
I thought it was too cute and had to post it for you all. Paige and Fifi (in the background-sorry her face is cut off) have been instrumental for my recovery-they stay near me, offer sympathetic support, encourage me to take them to the loo, supervise me when I hobble around the house, and generally remind me that there’s more to life than being miserable

Love the picture! My dog is a little too big to share the couch with me (husky/german shepherd mix) but she’ll follow me to the basement where I spend most days.
Interestingly, she tore her ACL in her knee about 2 years ago so she spent 8 weeks post-op with her knee completely wrapped & unable to put weight on it. Somehow she looks at me with a certain understanding of what I’m going through. Best of luck … & keep the doggie treats nearby!
