My foot/leg is still weaker, but you wouldnt really know it. Im up to about 95% of my tournament level pickleball playing ability. I also stopped doing any strengthening exercises many months ago.
My tendons are still rearranging, as I can regularly ‘pop’ them by twisting my ankle around, it feels good.
