Walking without external aids

During the week of 7 April (11-12 weeks post surgery) I stopped using the Aircast boot and soon after the crutches. At first it felt very strange, but now 10 days on it feels entirely normal. I continue to use walking boots outside to provide support (and comfort), but wear trainers indoors. Ankle still swollen [...]
