Off again

I made it through 3 1/2 days back at work. Now we are on break for 12 days. I’m glad to be off again. I have a cold just from being back a few days. I stayed at my desk most of the time and didn’t have too hard of a time getting around the building. I did decide to wheel across campus on Monday for some dumb reason. I was pretty tired when I finished that.
My hamstring in my right leg is much tighter than I thought it was. My trainer stretched it out this morning and it was pretty painful. I need to be aware of that because a hamstring tear was actually what started all of this for me.

    Yeah, you should aware of it because I think if you didn’t do that activity then you will never suffer from this problem. Secondly, you should join the gym when your health become better because I think you don’t have a habit and another reason is that this gym is the best career building realm because there are some people who are building their career in this field that’s why I recommend you to build your future in this field.
