First official Post Op Crossfit workout
I have managed to stay in shape on my own since my operation , but today I ventured back into the box for my first “official” post op crossfit workout!
It was great to get that vomit reflex going again!
WOD- 20 min AMRAP
20- sitting crunch to wall ball (20#)
10 Ring row
10 Ring dip
Finished 6 rounds +30
It was great to get the blood flowing and the camaraderie back. Healing seems to be shifting more toward the mental side of things and this just gave me a big push. I plan to get back into it at least 3 times a week.

Your timeline says your 3.5 weeks post ATR - is that correct?
I think getting back into any exercise routine is nice, myself, I was isolated and decided to couch out until I got the boot - Then I tried to make things happen, still at my own pace.
Regardless, congrats for having the gumption and the means to getting back to exercising at the earliest opportunity - inspirational!!.

Yessir I am 3.5 weeks post ATR and almost 3 weeks post op.
I would suggest getting back into as soon as the pain subsides. I feel that the crossfit I did before the injury put be in a great position for recovery. I started workouts on my own the day I was put into a boot. At first I was crutching from station to station but now I’m partial weight bearing so i can ditch the crutches at the box. I feel it’s safer that was anyway!
Anyway you can still do plenty of the excercises and at the very least work on your core. for anything I would normally do on 2 legs, like push presses I just put my knee on a 20 inch box and it works out perfectly. Granted you have to be sensible and know that you are going to reduce your weight dramatically, but you can still get a great workout in. I will keep posting my daily workouts here so you can track them if you want.
