Day One is today, March 20th. Waiting on the pain as my left leg is still numb. My story is pretty similar to a lot of the others on this site. I was killing it that night too, making plays all over the court…game was about over and then I went down. [...]

    Mike - I tore my AT playing B-Ball too…end of the game. Take it easy the first few weeks…they go by kind of slow, but things got much better for me after week 2. If you have any questions..don’t hesitate to ask. Are you a UNC fan? Uconn’s my team..so it’s a bummer they are out so early..it was a great game though! Rest up!

    Mike - Welcome to the site and I’m glad your surgery went well. This blog network has been a very effective healing tool for me. I hope it is for you as well and that you have a full recovery.

    mike - Glad that you are out of surgery. Make sure to get plenty of rest for the next couple of weeks and elevate your leg above the level of your heart as much as you can. I hope you find this site useful, and try to read as much as you can on the main site. I think it’ll make things easier for you in the end.

    Let us know if you have any questions. We’ve all been through it, and it gets better.
