Day before cast comes off
I only went and fell over in Tesco’s today. Landed and put wait on my leg(the one in the cast). It hurt hopefully I haven’t done to much damage and it won’t effect my Achilles recovery. Not sure what will happen tommorow. Hope it all goes well.

I too fell over on my atr leg 2 wks post-op. the fist thing I did was call my doctor. She told me to be more carefull and keep an eye on it. If the pain become unbearable or persistent, go see her right a way. oh yea it hurt like yell when it happened.
