Showering with a cast on
For showering when wearing a cast, I wear a Limbo sock above. It is a transparent plastic sock, with a black rubber seal at the top. Pull it on, over the cast, and it keeps the water out, it takes seconds and is so easy. I have seen three or four different types on the internet, and would recomend them, simple and brilliant. I think it was £15 for the one. With this, I use a rubber bath mat, stool, and suction handle on the wall for stability, this handle makes it feel much safer.
