Dear all
I am interested in your advice/viewpoint on 2 topics:
1) What have people (men in particular) worn to work when wearing an air-cast boot? Do you just roll up your trouser leg or have you cut off your trouser leg?
2) Has anyone tried out these shoes before - MTB, the ‘anti-shoe’. The manufacturer claims it helps with several problems including tendon damage - http://www.swissmasaius.com/Products.aspx - I would be very interested to hear your views.
Thanks
Laurie
p.s. can you tell I am dreaming of weight-bearing
On number 1, my trousers fit over the boot - I would have to roll them up to get the boot on but I was able to fit the trouser leg back over the boot. If that doesn’t work, I would try to find looser trousers that would fit over the boot.

Ed, try wearing a Kilt; no problems getting over the boot. And dont forget to post some pics here
PS. watch out for those updrafts! It worked well for Marilyn Monroe but she wasnt on crutches.
I wear the trousers rolled up. I still elevate my foot whenever I can and people stare more when they think you’d just putting your foot up - if they see a boot or cast they’re a lot more understanding.
Im w Ed on the first question, my slacks/pants fit over my boot, as well as my semi-baggy jeans.
I know a friend who has tried these but found them of no special advantage in his condition.
