Incision Care

Can anyone share the advice they were given about incision care.  My dr. said to just put on a sock, but it gets linty and irritates my incision.  I tried bandaids w/neosporin but the boot seems to pull on it and it hurts….   any advice  :)

pain in center of other knee

I am worried because I seem to be taxing my good knee with all the extra work.  Sharp pain in center of kneecap when i sit/climb stairs…  Any advice is most appreciated…

New and Blue

Just had splint removed, boot put on….  owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Surgery was 7/18,  silly me thought I’d be able to hobble around by now…. but I cant even put weight on it.  Feel pulling/tearing feeling along incision and aching/throbbing inside….  I think i push myself to hard, Mom of 3 (9,7,5 yrs. old) 

Was thinking that maybe a hot shower would loosen it up….
