7 Weeks 2 Days Cast Finally OFF

Had my cast finally cut off today. My OS is taking the very conservative path. After cast was cut off and he examined my leg he stated ‘No more cast and you will require PT’

After an hour of working out in the gym, stretching, biking, weights I decided to play a little squash. 5 minutes in and I heard the infamous pop and hit the ground like a sack of potatoes.
