If it helps any my timeline pretty much followed it 100%. Am now at 20 weeks and can honestly say apart from that last 5% I'm recovered. Unfortunately the last 5% is pretty much the longest bit to get back (explosion etc). I would go as far to say,if it wasn't for an expensive snowboarding trip in January I would now go back to badminton and football full time, albeit not quite where I was 5 months ago!!
