		<description>It's an either protocol Ryan, they studied both op and non-op and to do the fairest test, both ways were treated the same except for the operating part.

If it helps any my timeline pretty much followed it 100%. Am now at 20 weeks and can honestly say apart from that last 5% I'm recovered. Unfortunately the last 5% is pretty much the longest bit to get back (explosion etc).  I would go as far to say,if it wasn't for an expensive snowboarding trip in January I would now go back to badminton and football full time, albeit not quite where I was 5 months ago!!</description>

		<description>12 weeks sounds ok but any more than that is quite long in my opinion. If you look up normofthenorths page and find the UWO protocol, that should give you an idea what most people are working towards now.</description>
