Happy Memorial Day Weekend

Hope everyone has a good holiday weekend. It’s hard to feel sorry for yourself when you realize the sacrifices others have made for your freedom. Thank you to anyone and everyone on this blog that has served our country!!

Perspective is a wonderful thing during this injury. WWI had men with foot amputations from rot in the trenches. I’m so thankful for those who have suffered and sacrificed to keep us safe. I’m so thankful for good medical care and ANY of the boots and casts I complain about. :). Every day I’m sad to think someone in Uganda or elsewhere is probably hobbling along with the same injury and no one cares. Thanks for the reminder.

Hi, Mark and welcome to the club. I believe I used the seashore theme? I think that’s what it was called. Then I customized the header to one of my own pictures. I also added the ATR timeline widget and the Marathon Tracker widget. Hope that helps! Looking forward to reading your blog.
