I could wear flip flops all day walking around an amusement park, and not be in severe Achilles pain by the end of the day. If I’d have seen my OS or PT there yesterday, I’d have kissed them and bought ‘em a funnel cake!

I know, isn’t it awesome? Can’t believe how many previously put-aside shoes I’ve been able to wear again. You know, after a long drive, I’m still surprised when I get out of the car and can walk normally from the first step….
