  • Hi everyone, I’m in Ottawa Canada and ruptured my AT July 23 playing softball and had surgery on the 26th. I just had my stitches removed yesterday and they placed me in a walking boot. Aug 7/2008. However still NWB.

  • Hi Jamie,
I am Alex from Toronto my ATR happened palyin soccer on June 20/08 I am now 1week and a half with the walking boot, please be patient and try to walk on it at least 2-3 steps every day increasing the pressure and distance you have to build your confidence slowly this type of injury has taken every bit of patience that I had left. That’s all we have right now time and a lot of work ahead. keep in touch

  • Thanks Gonzalez for your support. I’m going crazy not being able to do anything myself. I am only 2 weeks since my surgery so my ankle is still a little swollen and I have these weird jolts of pain in my foot. Hopefully when the swelling goes down the pain will subside. I am not supposed to put to much weight on it but I do try a little with the crutches. Everyday does seem a little better.
    Bye for now
    Jamie

  • Good publish. I just needed to point out that this is among the finest offers around the web. Incredibly good.
