Good night’s sleep

Posted at 4:09 pm under Uncategorized

So I finally got a good night’s sleep last night with the aid of Zzquil. I am still tired, but I did notice a whole lot less swelling in my foot. I didn’t think there was much before, but my foot is even smaller. It definitely looks different because the tendon transfer, my foot is narrower now. Not much else to report.

It could just be atrophy too. My left foot looked smaller when it came out of the cast/boot–anemic and pathetic looking. It looks back to normal these days. Yes, sleep is a wonderful thing–glad you are getting some. Rest up :)

I’ve seen Zzquil at the store. Wondered if it really worked. Would love a good nights sleep. So hard with this tight splint. I think Zzquil is basically Benadryl without the decongestant properties. Whatever works!

Zzzquil is just the benadryl without the active ingredient. It works, but also makes you a bit drowsy the next day.
