hey all

No crutches, no heel lifts, no limp when walking…no sweat!  So good to be able to walk freely, calf still tight but doing stretches & calf raises everyday which is going well, hope to be doing more exercises in few more weeks…til then i guess :)

    Sounds great!

    I hope you get full calf strength back faster than me — the OTHER guy here who tore his right one in 2001, got surgery, tore the left one more recently, and skipped the surgery(!).
