I did not see it coming

Hi ALL,

First, Dennis thank you for your awesome site

 I went to see my doctor yesterday and everything seems to be in place he advised me to lose my cruthces I did for most of the day but at the end of the day I noticed my foot had swollend around the ankle area, is this normal? what should I do? did I overwork my foot? Does anybody have a plan or schedule for FWB? Please and thank you happy recoery everyone!!!
