What’s This?
With all the steri stripes gone, I’ve been massaging the incision site. I have one tender spot near one of the stitches & I can feel a spot that’s kind of hard. Could they have missed one of the knots from my stitches? That’s what it feels like. Anybody else have that?
Still in the Frankenboot & 1 crutch tho I’ve tried to hobble on 2 feet at home. I may have figured out my heel pain. I think I’m not distributing the weight from my heel strike to the ball & toes of my foot. I did get a gel heel cup & it has helped a lot. Have that tucked in my boot.

Hi,
I had a very neat scar which also had a hard spot. After a week the spot spat out a small piece of stitch. Sounds worse than it was. Check out my picture that was taken a few days later and you will see that it was not a big deal. this maybe what yours will do.

I am with you on having the boot on with one crutch. I feel like i need to drink a V8 or something :).
Still waiting for that stitch to spit itself out. Sounds like a pain after the site is healed. Couldn’t tell Curlygirl, where it came out from your scar. Hope mine looks the same.
