		<description>daveleft - I spent the first 4 weeks on crutches worrying that my good AT was gonna pop!   It was more sore with the added weigh, I did find that not hopping, using heal to toe movement, and wearing a shoe helped relieve some of the soreness....and a little of the anxiety!</description>

		<description>Glad to hear you are up and about.  I think I'm turning into a hypochondriac fretting about my good AT while hopping around on these infernal crutches.  I try not to think about it happening again but that hasn't seemed to work.  I'd love to hear any tips too!

Thanks for the link.  Interesting read.  Feel better mine was just a simple clean break...or so I was told.
