Done with therapy today and it was a workout. A lot of the same things as I’ve been doing, but with more calf raises (double legged not single), with a ton of walk walking lunges.
I was told I have my evaluation on Monday with the head PT to see if I will have to continue going to therapy. I also meet with the Surgeon on Tuesday to see what he thinks. I think things are going OK, of course there are little issues, but not nearly as many as the was at first.
I hope I pass my eval with flying colors (crossing my fingers)!!

Glad to hear things are going well with you! If I were at your recovery stage, I might want to have more therapy until I could do single-legged calf raise, but maybe I worry too much?!
Good luck with your evaluation scheduled for Monday and Tuesday
I too have an appointment with a consultant on Wednesday. It will be the first time to see my AT/calf/foot after they put me in the cast about 4 weeks ago and am a bit scared.

I’m also short of doing 1-legged heel raises, though I feel like I’m getting very close to a proper “push off” while striding. ALMOST!
But I think my Physio has gone in the opposite direction as yours: Earlier on, he was happy to see me only 1x/week, but now that I’m stable, but still week, he thinks he can help me more, with more frequent visits, like 2x/week. My schedule and his aren’t totally compatible, but I’ve scheduled several more-than-weekly visits.
So I’m kind of with chocolata, and so is my Physio!
(Don’t be scared, chocolata, you’ll be fine!)

Thanks, norm! Your words have made me feel better. I tend to try to see all possible bad scenarios to prepare myself for the worst. It can be helpful, but sometime it can be too much to bear.
Frouchie - How’s your weekend? I’ve had an adventure and have written its report in my blog. Your name appears in it.
