A couple of days ago I wrote that being NWB for two days was making me a little depressed.

I was in the gym and I decided to get on the bike!

I am not sure if I am suppose to ride a bike but I did it anyway.

No problems either and it felt so good!

I think as long as you’re pedaling on your heel and not flexing your ankle you’re fine. A little activity goes a long way for your sanity!
