<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi Everyone:  I am scheduled for surgery on 12/8 and have been reading a lot about keeping your leg over your head in order to alleviate swelling while in the cast the first month.  How did everyone go about achieving that.  That seems so high to me!!!  Also, any other tips you can offer about getting through the recovery process will be very much appreciated!
