weird way to post a picture but here goes. this is for Kaston’s reference about AT thickness and the “bump” on the back of the heel.

    thanks el. although i can’t seem to view the attachment. my bump is hard when i dorsiflex to make it taut but otherwise it’s mushy. are you still experiencing heel pain?
