Hey Evan…I wish I had thought to use a ball as you demonstrated, great idea! As for your gait/walk it looks really good and I am so very happy for you. As for walking barefoot it’s another one of those things where PT/OS seem to differ…for the first time in my life (52 & always barefoot indoors) I’m wearing an indoor shoe with a good arch and small heel. I’m thinking shoes vs barefoot is personal to each of us and not a one thing fits all rule. Again, my very best to you!
