2 days short of 11 weeks and I decided to try it out of the VacoCast. My gait is not good, but the tendon feels fine and I am riding my stationary bike and walked a couple blocks, very slowly, today. No pain or swelling. I feel the occasional tweak, but nothing notable. Since I [...]
