Hey, that’s great! I hope you saw some amazing skies on your walk. I’m lucky enough to live near the woods, and am used to taking a brisk 2-mile walk through them, on a trail with lots of elevation gain, every couple of days. Every day I think about all the changes in those familiar woods that I’m missing–and what a huge accomplishment it will be to push myself up that first hill again, and to come back down safely. That, and not my performance in a sport, is what I’m determined to get back to. Good luck to you!
