Today is exactly 6 months since my ATR surgery and I feel like I’m nearly back to full strength and function. I’m not 100%, but close enough that I feel like I can now remove “Achilles recovery” from the number 1, 2, and 3 spots on my ongoing to-do list. At my weekly PT appointment [...]
