Today I removed the second-to-last wedge from my boot (I started with 6). In one week I remove the last one and (officially) begin the boot-weaning phase over the following 2-weeks. Yesterday I had my 8-week check-up with my OS. First, he removed my wound’s steri-strips, which seemingly were never going to fall-off of their own accord!
